Jim Kirsch serves as President of A.G.P. and A.G.P. Canada, where he leads the firm’s investment banking platform across North America and global markets. Over his career, he has executed billions of dollars in equity and debt financings, guided landmark mergers and acquisitions, and structured complex cross-border transactions spanning the United States, Europe, Israel, Colombia, and Canada.

Under his leadership, A.G.P. has been the sole lead placement agent on several high-profile deals, particularly in emerging industries such as Digital Asset Treasury Strategies, Artificial Intelligence, and Quantum Computing. In 2025, as of October 15th, together with the A.G.P. Investment Banking team, Mr. Kirsch facilitated more than $14 billion in access to capital, connecting innovative companies with leading institutional investors worldwide.

In addition to his work in digital assets and frontier technologies, Mr. Kirsch has advised numerous public companies across North America, representing an additional $3 billion in transaction value during his tenure at A.G.P. His accomplishments have been recognized industry-wide, including being named the 2022 Benzinga Capital Award winner for Best Mergers & Acquisitions Banker.

Outside of his financial career, Mr. Kirsch has been an active civic leader, serving three terms on the City Council of Highland Park, Illinois, including as Chairman of the Finance Committee and Mayor Pro-Tempore. He graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with degrees in Economics and Political Science and holds FINRA Series 24, 63, 79, and SIE registrations, along with the Canadian Securities Institute’s Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers designation.

An accomplished athlete and seventeen-time triathlete, Mr. Kirsch remains deeply engaged in civic and charitable initiatives.
