Dmitriy Shpuntov

Dmitriy Shpuntov is a Director of Investment Banking at A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners and leads the firm’s Financial Institutions & Real Estate Group. He focuses on capital formation and strategic advisory for public and private companies across a range of industries, working closely with management teams and boards on financing strategy, transaction structuring and access to the public capital markets.

His experience spans financial services, real estate, specialty finance, fintech, technology and emerging growth companies. Dmitriy advises clients on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including public offerings, registered directs, at-the-market programs, PIPEs, preferred equity, convertible securities and other structured capital solutions.

In addition to transaction execution, Dmitriy works with companies on broader capital markets strategy, helping management teams evaluate financing alternatives, investor positioning and the timing and structure of potential transactions.

Prior to joining A.G.P., Dmitriy spent more than 15 years in financial services and real estate finance. He is registered with FINRA and holds the Series 79 registration.
