Biography
Ori Ran is an accomplished investment banking professional currently serving as an Associate at Alliance Global Partners (A.G.P.). Based in New York City, Ori has a proven track record in helping to facilitate more than $2.5 billion in transactions on the national exchanges. His expertise spans a variety of complex financial instruments, including Follow-ons, Registered Directs, CMPOs, PIPEs, ATMs, and SPACs.
Ori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and is fully licensed with Series 63 and Series 79 registrations from FINRA.
