Adam Kinzer

Adam Kinzer is a Co-Head of Debt Capital Markets and the Head of SPAC Investment Banking at A.G.P. He has fifteen years of investment banking experience, during which he has been part of or originated more than $10 Billion in transactions. Adam has a specialization in new issue debt, for small and medium size corporate clients, convertible debt, SPACs, and mergers & acquisitions. Adam graduated summa cum laude with a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida and has his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
