A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners Hires Charles H. Garrido, Jr. as Managing Director, Midwest Region

A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Charles H. Garrido, Jr. as Managing Director, Midwest Region. At A.G.P., he will pursue and expand his financial advisory practice. Previously, Charlie was Senior Managing Director of McDonald Partners in Chicago.

A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Charles H. Garrido, Jr. as Managing Director, Midwest Region. At A.G.P., he will pursue and expand his financial advisory practice. Previously, Charlie was Senior Managing Director of McDonald Partners in Chicago.

Charlie has had a long and successful career in financial services. In his recent role as Senior Managing Director at McDonald Partners, he advised affluent individuals and groups whose combined assets exceeded $80 million. From 2004 to 2011, Charlie was Senior Vice President and Shareholder at David A. Noyes & Company, a 110-year-old wealth management and investment banking firm, where he also worked as the Insurance Coordinator and in the M.B. Vick Division in Chicago. He worked at McDonald Investments from 1996 to 2002, specializing in investment consulting and investment management for affluent individuals, groups, and institutions. He also served as Branch Manager of the Indianapolis Office. He started his career in finance at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, where he worked for 12 years.

Charlie was born in Habana, Cuba and is fluent in Spanish. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. In his early career, he worked with Dow Chemical, USA in Marketing and Technical Sales & Development before moving into finance.
