Benjamin Park

General Counsel

Benjamin Park is the General Counsel of A.G.P. and is responsible for all aspects of legal strategy relating to the firm and its affiliates.

Ben has nearly 20 years of experience relating to securities and regulatory guidance. He joins A.G.P. from in-house roles he held at Natixis CIB Americas, where he served as Director, and at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., where he served as Vice President. Prior to his in-house roles, he spent time at FINRA Enforcement as Counsel, and began his career in securities litigation and regulatory defense at an Am Law 100 law firm.

Ben received a JD from Boston University School of Law, and a BA degree from Colby College. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and maintains retired bar registrations in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
