Stephen Donnell

Vice President, Equity Placements

Stephen Donnell is a Vice President on the Equity Capital Markets team at A.G.P., where he focuses on raising capital for small and mid-cap companies through IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements. Prior to A.G.P., Stephen worked at Morgan Stanley where he specialized in Rule 144 and restricted stock transactions. Stephen began his career at ThinkEquity on the Equity Capital Markets desk. Stephen is a Series 7 and 63 licensed registered representative and received a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University with a minor in Economics.
