Dmitriy Shpuntov is the Director of the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Group at A.G.P. / Alliance Global Partners, where he leads the firm’s efforts in capital market support for a broad spectrum of clients. His group advises Real Estate Developers and Holding Companies, REITs, Mortgage REITs, Business Development Companies (BDCs), closed-end investment companies, CLO-focused investment funds, and Fintech companies.

Prior to joining A.G.P., Dmitriy spent over 15 years in the financial services industry, specializing in real estate financing. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in structuring and executing complex financing solutions across a wide range of real estate asset classes.

Building on his real estate financing expertise, Dmitriy takes a strategic, cross-sector approach to capital markets. He develops tailored financing solutions for a wide range of clients — from real estate operators and investment firms to next-generation financial platforms — helping them capitalize on opportunities and achieve sustainable growth. Dmitriy is registered with FINRA and holds the Series 79 registration.
