Jeffrey Farina

Jeffrey Farina has been at A.G.P. for more than 4 years, with a focus in the Consumer and Technology sectors. Jeffrey started his career out of Chicago, and is now based in New York City where he has helped facilitate over $2.5 billion in transactions on the national exchanges, spanning Follow-ons, Registered Directs, CMPOs, PIPEs, ATMs, and SPACs. He has also been a lead analyst in ~$1.0 billion in M&A transactions as well as being the lead analyst on more than $2.3 billion in transaction value related to fairness opinions for A.G.P.

Jeffrey has experience in cross-border transactions, working closely with several Canadian Issuers and has helped start up the practices & procedures at A.G.P. Canada.

Jeffrey is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame, where he played collegiate soccer. Jeffrey holds FINRA Series 7, 79 and 63 registrations.
