Carmelo Cataudella is an investment banking professional with a passion for navigating the complexities of financial markets. Before joining Alliance Global Partners (A.G.P.), Carmelo honed his expertise at Aegis Capital Corp., gaining invaluable insights into private and public equity financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, private placements, and more.

Mr. Cataudella takes pride in being industry agnostic, tackling challenges across diverse sectors, including healthcare, consumer, technology, real estate, and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies.

With an academic foundation in accounting and finance from Queens College, Mr. Cataudella possesses a comprehensive understanding of financial principles. Mr. Cataudella holds the Series 7, 63 and 79
licenses with FINRA. He has also passed all four parts of the CPA Examination.
