Zachary Grodko

Syndicate Manager

Zachary Grodko is the Syndicate Manager at A.G.P. and has been involved with structuring and facilitating public and PIPE capital raises for emerging small-cap & mid-cap U.S. companies throughout his career across all industry sectors. Zachary is also the manager of the A.G.P. Alternative Investment Funds, which invests in Pre-IPO companies.

Mr. Grodko started his career at Deloitte L.L.P., before later joining Aegis Capital Corp. as Syndicate Manager in 2016. He joined A.G.P. at its inception. Mr. Grodko is a Registered Representative holding FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and earned a B.B.A in Accountancy and M.S in Taxation from Baruch College in New York. Mr. Grodko is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
